Pi Lambda Theta (Education)
Pi Lambda Theta is an international honor society and professional association in education. It was founded in 1910. Its mission is to provide leadership for the teaching profession; promote academic excellence in all educational levels; provide leadership development for all members; foster an environment for professional growth; and recognize outstanding educators.
Pi Lambda Theta is open to junior and senior undergraduates and postbaccalaureate students completing programs in education who have an overall GPA of 3.5. Ripon College recently established a Direct Honors relationship with the society.
